The desire to do a good job, whether at the office or in teaching at college.

Any hidden talents or something people would be surprised to know about you?
I have written over sixty books on the history and development of Boston which have made the best sellers list on occasion. I have taught history at The Urban College of Boston since 1997.

My favorite invention is Wikipedia, and my least favorite invention is a deadline.
