Project Manager

We work a little differently than many of the other high-end builders; our project managers are responsible for one large or several small jobs and work from the actual site.

We’ve found the PM with the most success is well versed in high quality construction methodologies and procedures.  They are organized and able to read, interpret and execute architectural plans.  They interact with the clients, architects, designers, inspectors, employees, vendors and trades as a respectful peer and team member.  They keep a close eye on budget and schedule and points out potential issues before they become a problem. They have the ability to look ahead in the project and manage a time-table for your employees and sub-contractors and bring the project in on time and budget. Computer savvy.

Carpenter | Finish Carpenter:

Ability to lead and motivate others. Interact professionally with clients. Communicate well to understand the needs and requirements of subcontractors. Skilled at reading, interpreting, and executing architectural plans. Effective problem solving and collaboration with the project manager on site.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a full set of carpentry tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable work vehicle
  • Ability to think on your feet
