The renovations to this Back Bay residence brought function to spaces that otherwise laid dormant. A quiet and dark desk area was re-built as a brightly lit wet bar area. An existing kitchen/living room area with an open floor plan was better defined with a custom fireplace & millwork assembly to cozy up to. Bathroom space was better utilized with a revised floor plan and modernized fixtures.
