The mandate for this project was to combine two apartments into one residence with headhouse access to a new roof deck. The latter offered the ultimate escape from the city sounds while offering unparalleled views of the skyline and room to run! The headhouse provides plenty of natural light to pour into the living areas below and bi-fold exterior doors for ease of indoor/outdoor access to the headhouse wet bar. Use of every inch was maximized in this new space to accommodate storage and artwork displays.
