The South End’s 1st Silver LEED Certified Residence
This wonderful renovation earned the honor of being the 1st SILVER LEED certified residence in the South End. The clients made green building and excellent design their top priorities. Payne | Bouchier built to this strict criteria, including construction, waste recycling, solar panels, low-E glazing at all windows, a green-scaped roof, and high-efficiency HVAC and plumbing, all while maintaining the historic integrity of the building.
