Les grew up in England and made his way the United States in the late 1980’s. Besides the owners, Steve Payne and Oliver Bouchier, he has set the record for the longest running career here at Payne|Bouchier having started with us in the Summer of 1988.  Les is an expert artisan and has a lifetime of experience in woodworking. He is our resident stair engineer. He skillfully runs our CNC machine and is an essential member of our woodshop working closely with PM’s and cabinet makers to ensure good communication between our site and shop. Les resides in Scituate, MA
